1. Nature of Services
eSolutions operates as an independent civil documentation consultancy. We provide drafting, coordination, formatting, newspaper placement, and application dispatch facilitation services. We are NOT a government portal or official publishing press.
2. Applicant Responsibilities & Bona Fide Affirmation
The applicant expressly affirms that all personal details, documents, and identity certificates provided to eSolutions are authentic and genuine. Name change applications must not be intended to commit fraud, impersonation, or evasion of criminal or civil liability.
3. Timelines & Government Discretion
While eSolutions ensures prompt dossier preparation within 3 to 5 business days, the final publication timeline of The Gazette of India remains within the sole sovereign jurisdiction of the Department of Publication, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
4. Limitation of Liability
eSolutions shall not be liable for procedural delays arising from postal strikes, governmental printing press backlogs, or incomplete disclosures made by the applicant.
