1. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation of your documentation service within 24 hours of placing your order, provided our legal drafting team has not commenced preparation of your customized affidavit, digital CD, or newspaper notice booking.

2. Government Fees Non-Refundability

Official non-tax receipts deposited directly to the Government of India via the Bharatkosh portal (₹1,100 / ₹1,700) and newspaper publication ad space booking tariffs are non-refundable once processed through respective statutory and media channels.

3. Rejection Protection Guarantee

If your application dossier faces an objection or query from the Department of Publication due to a clerical oversight on our part, eSolutions will re-draft, re-format the CD, and re-submit your dossier at zero additional facilitation cost.
